Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming mails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email box you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
